NEW AGENT JORDAN SMITH ACQUIRES FIRST TRANSACTION
(Athens, GA) August 31, 2018-Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty’s newest agent Jordan Smith completed his first deal last Monday, August 27. Smith helped local antique shop Simply Old LLC relocate to a 1,400 SF retail space off South Barnett Shoals Road. He moved quickly and completed the deal in only two days. When asked how he felt about his first transaction, Jordan responded, “Feels great to be honest with you. Challenging but engaging. A lot unexpected came up but nothing insurmountable.” Jordan looks forward to working with Simply Old LLC in the near future as they plan to open by October 1st. Jordan feels he found his client a great space at a great price in an area that is “up and coming” and is excited to see the Watkinsville market grow.
