Commercial Sales Associate Requirements
— Individuals need to be entrepreneurial, determined, diligent, and patient
— Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty expects associates to be self-motivated to develop, sustain, and expand their clientele list and transaction portfolios
— Applicants must hold an active real estate license with the state of Georgia at the time of hire
Commercial Sales Associate Responsibilites
— Establish relationships with businesses and individuals in various industries as a trusted, trained real estate expert
— Provide analytical data and financial information to clients and prospects
— Act as an intermediary in negotiations between all parties to a transaction, including Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants
— Work with outside parties to the transaction such as attorneys, engineers, government agencies, and lending institutions to determine and complete all preliminary action items necessary to execute sucessful lease agreements and sales transactions
— Ensure all contract proceedures are properly executed and filed
— List, market, and show properties to clients and prospects
