COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL UPCHURCH REALTY HOSTS COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERT MIKE LIPSEY
June 2021 (Athens, GA). Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty hosted Michael J. Lipsey, President of The Lipsey Company, on Friday, June 18, 2021. The purpose of Lipsey’s visit was to coach our commercial sales team through two guided courses, “Financial Literacy” and “Presentations that Win.”
This training opportunity took place in-person at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. On Friday morning, Lipsey, who is nationally and internationally recognized as the leader in training and consulting for the commercial real estate industry, presented the two course topics to agents and leaders affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty. Both courses challenged attendees and provided great insight to their efforts in continuing their education of the real estate industry. The “Presentations that Win” program stressed the importance of communicating effectively and persuasively to win business, and the “Financial Literacy” course presented a thorough analysis of financial aspects related to commercial real estate and, more specifically, how to master financials with a methodical and logical approach.
