COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL UPCHURCH REALTY’S JONATHAN B. HOGAN APPOINTED THE 2021 ATHENS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® COMMERCIAL LAND FORUM CHAIRMAN
JANUARY 2021 (Athens, GA) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty’s Jonathan B. Hogan is appointed the 2021 Athens Area Association of REALTORS® (AAAR) Commercial Land Forum Chairman. Hogan will remain in this role for the remainder of this year. As Chairman, he will be responsible for creating an agenda of monthly meetings and coordinating guest speakers, who will each present insight on various industry topics and concepts.
The Athens Area Association of REALTORS® was founded as an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR). This local board is comprised of REALTORS® in the Greater Athens area and serves as a governing power for educational and professional development, community outreach, industry standards and updates, member advocacy, and so much more.
In his new role, Hogan plans to incorporate many “new faces” to act as guest speakers for the monthly meetings. He hopes to pull from Athens’ rich history in art, collegiate affairs, industrial development, music, student housing, etc. to implement a new approach to the Commercial Land Forum. “I am eager to see the innovative ideas and presentations Jon plans to introduce to the members of AAAR,” says Charlie Upchurch, President and Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty. “I know he is determined to make the meetings as informational as possible while also introducing some fresh topics of discussion. I also applaud him for accepting this position in the midst of a pandemic.
