(Athens, GA) July 23, 2018-The Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty team had the privilege of hosting Mike Lipsey on Friday, July 20, 2018. Lipsey is a top CRE consultant and trainer whose insight is sought after and recognized internationally. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over thirty years and is currently the President of the Lipsey Company. Lipsey travels the country each year to give classes, seminars, speeches, and workshops. He works with brokers, executives, and agents to increase their efficiency and skill to motivate them to generate more business.
Mike Lipsey spent a few hours with our brokers and team members discussing business development, technological innovation, and industry tips. The topics covered included important tools such as CRMs, brokerage teams, and productivity. The commercial department was able to learn and grow from Lipsey’s presentation and will continue to evolve and thrive in an ever changing industry.
