DAVID TORBERT COMPLETES COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL® EMERGING BROKER TRAINING PROGRAM
(Athens, GA) June 4, 2018-David Torbert of Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty was recently honored as a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training (EBT) program.

The Emerging Broker Training is a four-month, comprehensive education program targeted at Coldwell Banker Commercial professionals with one year or less experience in commercial sales/leasing. The program covers the key components of the commercial real estate industry and is a blend of traditional classroom learning followed by live online classes, self-paced learning, and structured participation of a mentor in the home office. The program then ends with three more days of classroom learning.
Torbert joined the Upchurch Realty team as a licensed associate in July 2017. Torbert has a 26-year career history in the forestry industry, providing experience and expertise in large land deals and agricultural representation. He is now educated in all commercial real estate sectors and looks forward to using his Emerging Broker Training as a means to jumpstart and propel his career in Commercial Real Estate.
