COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL UPCHURCH REALTY HIRES NEW INTERN OUT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA'S TERRY COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
(Athens, GA) May 15, 2018-Upchurch Realty’s commercial department hires Catherine Bray, a senior at The University of Georgia majoring in Real Estate through the Terry College of Business on April 30, 2018.
Catherine is an Athens native whose eye for design, love for Athens, and sales skills drew her to the real estate industry. She graduated from Prince Avenue Christian School in 2015 and began her journey at the University of Georgia that fall. During the past three years she has actively volunteered in the community, stayed involved in her sorority, held a part time job, and excelled academically as she pursues a real estate degree and entrepreneurship certificate.
“We are thrilled to have Catherine join our team here at Upchurch Realty. She is determined to learn the day to day responsibilities of commercial real estate brokerage, and we look forward helping her grow professionally,” stated Katie Reeves, Commercial Coordinator.
Catherine has been hired on to assist in marketing the department, individual agents, and the company’s property inventory. Her responsibilities also include researching market statistics and assisting the Commercial Coordinator with management tasks and daily operations.
