COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL UPCHURCH REALTY HIRES NEW AGENT JORDAN SMITH

(Athens, GA) July 11, 2018- Jordan M. Smith joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial team at the end of June. Since he was born and raised in the Athens area, Jordan has an advantage as he begins his commercial real estate career. Smith graduated from the University of Georgia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Studies degree. At the University, Jordan had the privilege to play on the 2005 SEC Champion Georgia Football team. Not only did the University of Georgia provide him with tremendous opportunities in school but also after college as well. Shortly after graduating, Jordan joined Evoshield, a protective sports gear company, as the Director of Logistics. He developed his business and sales skills at Evoshield that highlighted his interpersonal communication and management talents. For five years Jordan was a key member of the successful start-up. Smith now uses his management, operational, and problem-solving skills to manage livestock and wildlife at David Allen Farms and Smith Farms in the Athens area. CBCUR is excited to see the company continue to grow and expand. Katie B. Reeves, the Commercial Coordinator, comments, “I think Jordan is a great addition to our commercial department. He’s young, determined, and has a competitive spirit which I think will boost his road to success.”
