CBUR Hosts Annual Kickoff Breakfast at the Athens Country Club
(Athens, GA) February 1, 2019-Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty hosted their annual Kickoff Breakfast at the Athens Country Club to launch 2019. The breakfast included presentations from management along with two guest speakers. Charlie Upchurch, President and Broker, presented Market Recap data for 2018 while discussing goals for 2019. He was followed by Jennifer Varnadoe, Residential Sales Manager, who spoke on how agents could take advantage of all the programs and services Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty has to offer. Agents and staff enjoyed hearing from Ashley Wilson, Brand Ambassador for Coldwell Banker, as she gave a glimpse of what’s in store for Coldwell Banker corporate this year. The keynote speaker was Juanita McDowell who is a motivational speaker, consultant, and president of InMotion Consulting LLC. She gave an engaging speech on how to set and attain business and personal goals through identifying motives, creating a plan, and taking action. Her presentation focused on self-improvement and personal success which helped the agents and staff to start the year!
