Ashlyn Hardy serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty. Ashlyn is an Athens area native, and recent graduate of the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising. Ashlyn has grown up in the real estate industry. At the age of 15, she began working for her father's real estate appraisal company, learning the ins and outs of the business. During her time at UGA, Ashlyn minored in housing management and policy, and took courses in real estate sales in hopes of broadening her knowledge in various aspects of the industry. Ashlyn is passionate about the culture of Athens, its people, its businesses and its homes. Through her career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty, she aims to attract businesses and people to all Athens, and its surrounding area has to offer, by showcasing its southern hospitality with various marketing tactics and exceptional customer service.
