Ron Hamilton is an experienced broker who combines his enthusiasm for life with his work ethic. He has been involved in the selling and leasing of commercial real estate for over twenty-five years assisting buyers and sellers with equality and respect. Ron goes by the saying, "always do as you say, and work hard to insure that everyone is treated fairly". This same ideology has lead Ron to never allow his commission to let a deal fall through. The real estate market is continuously evolving with new market demands, technological advances, and economic factors, and thus agents must continue to learn and adapt as well. Ron, understanding this, has continued to further his knowledge by obtaining the Commercial Enhancement and Professional Property Management Manager's certificates from Coldwell Banker University, as well for successfully completing six CCIM educational classes. The accumulation of years of experience in successful transactions and furthering education, led Ron to formally be the number one Coldwell Banker Commercial real estate salesman in the U.S. south east market, in regards to gross commission income. In addition, Ron was also ranked within the top five highest grossing commercial salesmen for Coldwell Banker internationally. When he is not working hard to provide excellent service, Ron enjoys spending time with his growing family of four children, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren doing his favorite activities, which are fishing, hunting, golfing, and cooking.
