NET LEASED PROPERTY PAIR SELLS FOR $5.5M IN PEACHTREE CITY, GA
August 2020 (Athens, GA) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the buyer in the acquisition of a pair of free-standing retail buildings leased to Starbucks and to Chipotle, respectively. The acquiring entity purchased the property as a net-leased investment sale.
The properties, totaling 4,870 square feet, are newly constructed and located on a 1.6-acre parcel at the corner of Route 54 and City Circle in Peachtree City, GA on an outparcel lot of The Avenue mall. The location is surrounded by residential and commercial development in the south metro Atlanta market.
