MIKE CANOVA SPEAKS TO CBCUR AGENTS
(Athens, GA) November 12, 2018-Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty hosted Mike Canova, CFO of GAMLS — Georgia Multiple Listings Service – in their office recently to discuss intentions to develop a statewide commercial MLS. Canova’s visit was attended by CBCUR agents and staff along with several other local commercial professionals. GAMLS hopes to enable local commercial real estate professionals to be able to operate at a lower cost while furnishing statewide property information. Therefore, providing better servicing data for agents to represent their clients whether buying, selling or leasing. Canova was eager to meet with local commercial agents to learn about the criteria agents expect from a product of this nature. He listened to their opinions and took notes to take back to his board office.
