COLDWELL BANKER UPCHURCH REALTY ATTENDS THE OCONEE COUNTY BUSINESS EXPO

MARCH 2019- Last week, Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty and Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty agents and staff attended the Oconee County Business Expo, which was held Thursday evening at the Oconee Civic Center.

The Expo is an annual event put on by the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce designed to help businesses showcase their products and services and network with their colleagues in commerce. The presenting sponsor this year was Oconee State Bank. Attendance was up from last year, with many business owners taking advantage of the opportunity to get in front of potential clients at the start of the spring market. CBUR’s booth was all about curb appeal, and how homeowners and businesses can increase the value of their property by maintaining and making updates to the exterior. CBUR residential and commercial agents volunteered in shifts to run the booth while engaging and networking with other professionals and attendees. Those agents included Josh Burkhalter ®, Vicki Patterson ®, Alex Castro ®, Julie Mauck ®, George Bond ®, Jim Hodges ®, Linda Maples ®, Roby Redwine ©, Jordan Smith ©, and David Torbert ©. They provided information to inquiries about buying and selling property, commercial real estate services, and highlighted the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury campaign, which targets affluent clients all over the world.
