CBCUR ATTENDS CBC REGIONAL MEETING IN CHARLOTTE

(Athens, GA) November 9, 2018-Team members and staff of Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty had the opportunity to attend the CBC Regional Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. The conference was hosted and organized by CBC MECA, a Charlotte based affiliate, and attendees included affiliates from Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. President Charlie Upchurch and Commercial Coordinator Katie Reeves attended the Owner/Manager meeting on Monday, November 5 and were joined that evening by commercial sales associates Jordan Smith and Frank Thompson for the Regional meeting.

Katie comments, “Attending corporate meetings is always beneficial to our business practice and company growth, but there is a little extra takeaway from these regional events. The intimacy of the smaller group, combined with the geographical connections and sometimes shared economic impact opportunities, exaggerates the importance of making those connections and establishing relationships. There is always something new to learn and apply in our industry, and I’m glad two agents joined us at the event to take advantage of the opportunity,”

Meeting discussion topics consisted of brand reports and updates, and sector breakout groups while networking opportunities engaged our team with other affiliates. Our team also got to learn from top producers in the region through a question panel. “It is always encouraging to meet with other brokers from around the region,” Charlie states, “and know that you are a part of a network that consistently strives to obtain a higher level of customer service and industry knowledge. Discussing commercial trends, support services and applying new technologies will allow us to continue as top competitors in commercial real estate.”
