Jonathan Hogan's Profile

Jon Hogan joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty as a licensed agent in November 2019 and received his Broker License in May of 2024.  Jon helps clients with  acquisitions, leasing and disposition of commercial assets.  He has transactional experience ranging from triple-net leased investments, income producing multi-family properties, office buildings and land development deals.  Jon focuses on Land, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Office, Retail and Industrial.  He is committed to providing exceptional advisory services while adhering to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics.  Jon served as Chairman of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS® 2021 Commercial Land Forum.  Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Athens Community Council on Aging, is a member of the First Baptist Church of Athens, a member of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and served on the 2022 UGA State Botanical Garden Rhythm & Blooms Committee.
